Raw energy balls have got to be my favourite snack – it’s endless how many variations you can make!

I’ve named this variation ‘Snickers’ balls as they taste just like Snickers! Make sure you use 100% natural peanut butter that has nothing else added.

With only 55 calories per ball and no added sugar, they are super healthy! This recipe makes about 20 balls.

Ingredients


100g Raw Almonds

14 Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp 100% Raw Cacao Powder

Directions


Step 1.
Place the dates and almonds in a food processor and process until well combined.
Step 2.
Add the peanut butter and cacao and process again until well combined.
Step 3. 
Using your hands, roll the mixture into approx 20 snack sized balls.
Step 4.
Store the Snickers balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 2 weeks.
