Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Mayonnaise
2 Chicken Breast
4 Lettuce Leaves
1 Lemon
2 Tomatoes
4 slices Bacon
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Directions
Step 1.
In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a medium-high heat.
Step 2.
Add the chicken breast and sear until browned. Flip over and finish cooking, making sure the chicken is cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. When cool, slice the chicken into strips.
Step 3.
Meanwhile, grill the slices of bacon until cooked and crispy. Chop roughly into pieces.
Step 4.
Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are turning brown.
Step 5.
Spread each lettuce leaf with mayo, being careful not to rip the lettuce. Add the chicken. Squeeze over some lemon juice if desired. Top each with diced tomato and the bacon pieces. Fold into wraps to serve.
