These ice pops are SO yum and easy to make.. they are a perfect summer treat!

High in protein from the Greek yogurt, free from refined sugar and low in calories, they are an excellent healthy swap from shop bought ice creams or pops!

This recipe makes two ice-pops so tailor the ingredients depending on how many you want to make.

Makes 2 Ice-Pops

Ingredients


100 grams Greek yogurt

20 grams Raspberries

20 grams Blueberries

2 tsp Honey

a few drops of Vanilla Extract

Directions


Step 1.
Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl. Add the honey and vanilla extract too and stir altogether.
Step 2.
 Spoon half of the mixture into your ice-pop mould and place a few whole berries into the mould too which will look great when frozen!
Step 3.
Place the other half of the mixture into a food processor/blender, add the remaining berries and blitz together. Spoon this berry yogurt mixture into the mould too so you have two different colours in your ice-pop!
Step 4.
Freeze for about 3-4 hours until frozen or overnight and enjoy 🙂
