Baby Oat & Fruit Bars

Makes 16 small bars

Ready in 30 mins

Suitable for Freezing

These little bars are a super snack option for baby. The texture is really good for a younger weaning baby to gum on and older babies will enjoy the soft texture.

You can easily adapt this recipes to make different variations such as adding chia seeds, flax, desiccated coconut, dried fruit etc.

They are super easy to make and great to pop in the freezer so you always have a nutritious snack on hand – making life easier when you have a hungry baby on your hands!!
Throw a few into your changing bag to take out and about as they thaw in about 30 mins at room temperature or if you need a snack in a hurry pop into the microwave for 30 seconds.
If you try them let me know what you think! Love Sophie x
